International Poster Gallery is having its 16th Annual Summer Poster Show featuring a original vintage travel posters from the last 100 years.  Its a great documentation of how travel has changed over the years and what made people travel.  The shifts are actually very clear and can be lumped into “decades” where a theme can be culled if you observe closely enough.  You’ll also see the change in destinations from exotic locales to the more common places.

So for those of you who happen to be in the area- that being Boston, MA, USA, be sure to drop by the gallery to check out the spectacular collection.  For the rest of us who can’t be there, at least we have the internet to browse, click here.
