Where in Singapore is this?

It’s time to play “where in Singapore is this” again, not that I have a lot of people who try to guess. Anyhow, whenever I get surprised by a place that does not “look like” what Singapore is supposed to be I take a snapshot and post. Do you know where this is?
I used my iphone to take this picture btw and edited the tones using preview (Mac OS-Leopard) which allows me to adjust the exposure, contrast, brightness, tint, temperature and even sepia. Unfortunately, when I resized it to a smaller version the colours kind of changed. Oh well.
